Donald W. Roberts, CCIM, SIOR

Don Roberts has been successfully serving the needs of industrial clients in the Tampa Bay area since 1985. He has established himself as a knowledgeable, hard working real estate professional that is committed to providing a high level of service. He is highly regarded within Tampa Bay’s real estate community for his integrity, knowledge of the market and experience.

Don has achieved the SIOR and CCIM designations, the two most distinguished designations for commercial real estate professionals.

The SIOR (specialist, industrial and office real estate) designation is awarded by the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors to a select few real estate professionals that meet the strict Code of Ethics set by the society, meet the requirements for knowledge of the market and consistently produce a high dollar volume of annual business.  Less than 2% of the commercial and industrial real estate professionals nationwide hold the SIOR designation.

The CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation is awarded by the CCIM Institute to real estate professionals who complete the Institute’s curriculum that consists of skills in financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis of commercial real estate; submit a resume of closed transactions showing a depth of experience in commercial real estate and who also must successfully complete a comprehensive written examination. Only 6% of the commercial real estate professionals nationwide hold the CCIM designation – the “Ph.D. of commercial real estate.”
